How do i post a contest?

    Hi,
    I am new to this forum and i want to post a contest for a new Logo design, but on the contest page, it doesn't allow me to Post New Thread.

    How am i able to post a New Contest as a first time user?

    The first thing you should when you first sign up is read the help section, it tells you all you need to know.
