How do I pass oauth_consumer_secret to twitter API?

This is the page where twitter is explaining how to pass parameters to twitter API.
I cannot seem to find oauth_consumer_secret here.
Oauth_consumer_key is there, which is the API key, but where is the API secret in this?

I think I found it.
The signature needs to be hashed using the secret key.
