How do I optmize for local results?

    I am actually coming up first in google for my #1 keyword - Chicago Chiropractor. The site is: http://www.chiropracticsportscare.com

    I'm very excited about that - and I've been in the top 5 for this keyword for over two years now.

    My question is... now that there are local results coming up with the search, how do we optimize sites for local search? Right now I come in 60 or so on local search. I've registered for accounts, but I don't know how to improve this.

    Any thoughts?
