    Hello there,

You can install LogView if you would like to be able to open log files through WHM:

Apache error log files won't show as to how OR why the server went down. These will show pure apache error logs. You will have check at last logs on the server. They should help in understanding about the crash.

    Hi,

Enable creation of core dump files, which will give you better view of errors.

In ftp like Filezilla, navigate to your folder server and simply view the error log file. You could also use cpanel to view the file using the files option.
