How do I move adwords from one group or campaign to another?

    I have created a couple of new groups that I want to move keywords into. Is there a feature where you can cut and paste or similar. An adwords editor is out of the question because these campaigns have the conversion optimizer set.

    Firs open ad in new wind and in an other window start place ad then copy and paste.
