    To determine the success of SEO efforts, we must track right how greatly traffic is being sent to the website also where it is coming from.How I will measure it? Please there is anyone who can help me?

    Submit your website in google webmaster,google analytics as well as bing webmaster.By the help of google analytics tool you understand from where traffic is coming on your site as well as on which keywords.And check your keywords ranking in google & bing search engine .Yo can check your traffic regular basis and check your keyword's ranking after 20-25 days & compare their rankings with earlier result.

    If you are going to take benefit from SEO then you have to optimize targeted keywords, business keywords, they would give you money.

    You can track from your Google Analytic or StatCounter whatever you are using..

    I would recommend that you invest in RankTracker, I bought it a few weeks ago and have scheduled it to run a check every day to measure my keyword rankings.

    The program will check your SERP, how many visits you get for your keywords(grabs if from google analytics) as well as the competition and number of searches that keyword gets.

    There is also a trial version available, but that version doesn't let you save your projects.
