Find related forums, join them and make good intelligent posts.

Write guest blogs on related sites.

If you have not used adwords (PPC) get a coupon for Google adwords and use it.

Find plr ebook in your niche (plrplr.com) and give it away using aweber trial to build a list.

Research low cost marketing on Google.

    Good luck

Agree with the poster above. Social media will be your best friend. I'd hit Twitter hard. Post several posts in the morning and then in the evening. Another option would be joining as many affiliate marketing communities on G+ as you can. Most of them will allow your to promote your stuff on their pages. Various busy classifieds is another good way to get your sites/products out.

Buy some add in popular social networking communities according to your target audience. Spend some time to create original content for your own societies. That`s all you can. 8 hours a week is not too much, as you know.

Email marketing is boring, agressive and very uneffective stuff. Your potential clients will hate you and your site.

Explore the different traffic methods such as forum marketing and seo and put so many hours a week to each of them and build up your traffic. Then as soon as you make a profit put that money back in via paid advertising and move your traffic levels much quicker.

Well, firstly, I will advise you to "blog commenting". More details, choose relevant blogs and start commenting high-quality content. (Of course, you put your link back to your site with anchor text in field "Name").
Secondly, highly recommend you to go to well-known forum in your niche, create an account and start discussion (remember to choose one that allow you to put link in signature). And please DON'T spam, otherwise your account will be banned soon.
    Hope that I can help.

Specifically define who your target audience is, then find out where they hang out. Spend some time where they hang out to learn of their common problems/issues/wants and needs and also the language they use. Use the place they hangout to build a avatar based on common demographics and then help them solve their problems by either providing free info or help.

Email marketing works as does all forms of marketing, it depends on your audience and their preferred medium. In any case whatever option you use you'll want to capture the contact details of anyone that holds their hand up for your help, that way you can continue to build the relationship with them, provide more value over time and convert more sales.

Hope this helps, if you have any other questions fire away.

    Matt

    These are my recommendations!

    1. Use forum marketing
Choose top forums in your niche, become a member and always try to be relevant and helpful
when posting comments. Your goal should be to build trust and relationships with forum members.
Put a link to your site in your forum signature!

    2. Be active on Social media
Twitter, Facebook, G+ and Pinterest are the most promising social media networks.
Engage with other active SM users! Do not be sales person on SM. Instead share
other people stuff not just yours!

    3. Create an account on Empire Avenue
Very useful tool for active social media users and bloggers.
It can help you to expand your social media reach and promote your blog posts
or your posts on social media networks.

Write unique content that people want to read. Go on forums and make sure you include your site in the signature block. Only give good information when you reply to a thread or post.
Make sure you have a squeeze page on your site and offer a free report and also have a One Time Offer (OTO) for sale. You have to create a list and this is one of the easiest ways to do it.

Here are some ways I could think of:

1.) Having a sqeeze page and offering a PLR
    2.) Blog commenting
    3.) Fan pages
4.) creating youtube videos and promoting it
    5.) Content writing on ezinearticles
    6.) Yahoo answeres
    7.) Forum marketing with signature

My suggestion would be writing one blog post everyday and submitting it to article directories/guest blogs. 2nd would be forum posting in your favorite niche. Article marketing and forum posting will increase your traffic as well as google ranking.

I know that you have $0 but I would recommend trying Fiverr. You can get any type of services (SEO, SMM, increase traffic, etc.) from $5. It's really cheap and people do a good job. I used it and it helped me a lot for applicationandroid.info

    Good luck!

Oh, 8 hours a week is just below minimum if I were to say. However, you still can achieve your goal with it. My suggestions would be to prepare by looking for good forums, established blogs, great article directories like ezine and having social accounts like facebook and twitter.

Since you only have more or less 1 hour allotted time per day, you have to:

    1. Write a short article then submit to article directory.
    2. Share your site in facebook, twitter, g+ and the like.
    3. Comment at least 5 times on authority blogs with link back to your site.
    4. Comment in forums at least 2 times per day. Other forums don't allow you to put linked signature if you don't have much comments so please comment patiently and when you met their policy you can put linked signature on your profile which is a good source of backlink.
