How do I manage Dynamic Keyword Insertion for my destination URL

I want to use dynamic keyword insertion. I understand how it works, I just can not figure out how to apply it to the destination url of the ad.

How do I make sure that when someone searches for "Pope Valley Winery" the landing page is relevant to that search term? I want a specific landing page for each keyword I use DKI with. How do I do this?

If it makes a difference, the keyword "pope valley winery" should take them to the specific url 'www.americanwinery.com/browse/wines/winery/6450.' The change for each keyword would only change the last four numbers of the url.

    Hope this makes sense.
    Thanks!
