How do I make only the bottom of my page reload?

    note only the bottom part of page refreshes when u click on a menu link.

    Sounds like they are using frames. Frames are not a good SEO tactic due to indexing problems.

    If you Dont want to do it in AJAX then a bottom frame with a meta refresh or a rotating script, but AJAX is more friendlier
