Right now my ads have very little relevance to the my site. My content is very targeted so I don't know why it is such an issue. Is there any way I can make my ads more relevant to my content?
what is your site? you should be already getting relevant ads. but if not, then you can try section targeting
My site is about video games, but I am getting a lot of stuff about airsoft guns and military veterans. This is kind of related because the video game involves war, but it is not the type of ad that would interest most video game players. I might make an about page and try out section targeting, on that.
Create contents by optimizing the targeted keywords. If the targeted keyword density is optimum, google will show related ads for sure.
google searches keywords and if it doesnot find them then display irrelevent ads. so use targeted keywords.
Add content with key words about which you are expecting ads and of course relevant to the games like summery,features,performance,ratings....
