How do I make money out of my Flash games?

    Hi,

I've developed a number of Flash games over the years, but I've only made money developing them direct for advertising agencies, now it seems there are ways to put ad's actually in your games, so my question is, how do I do that, how much does it make?

This was a game I developed just before Xmas

Any idea's how I could moneterize it?

    thanks

You could sell it's distribution rights.

Maybe you should try to give them to webmasters for a backlink and your traffic could rise immediately. Then adsense could work job to you

You could let the webmasters place the games on their websites for free and have them with your affiliate links/ads inside. The games will spread fast as there are a lot of folks trying to build websites for online gaming.

thanks for the info. There seems to be 3 different idea's there.

    1) Sell the distribution rights? what is that and how do I do that?

    2) Give them to arcade owners, and get a back link out of it, to boost my own advertising?

    3) Place affiliate links/ads inside the game. How do I do that?

Lastly the sponsorship idea? how do I do that?

Regarding all of the above. Which is the best way? and do they pay well? if so, roughly how much?

    and what about MochiAds?

Well, you have 3 ideas - just test each of them and see what works best.
