How do I make an image bigger and the picture clearer?

    If all you have is Photoshop, you're stuck with sharpening and then resizing, I'm afraid. You should also apply some noise reduction to this image before you resize.

    There are plugins that you can buy that will allow you to blow an image up without quality loss, but this isn't one of Photoshop's strong suits.

    you can re-size your image and give it high picture quality...

    We can change or edit image size, if you have high quality picture, without losing any quality image.
