How do I make a thumbnail of a website home page?

I'm trying to make an entire web site home page into a thumbnail, for example if you go to Site Tutor Inc. and look at the Featured Sites. I want to know if someone can explain to me how to do that?

Press "print screen" on your keyboard with the page up, open photoshop (or other image editing software) and change the size dimensions of the image.

 

Or if you need more then 1 website for a directory or something check out thumbshots.org

I have a little software somewhere on my network, I will find and send you the name. I used it to supply it a list of URL's and I gave it a size, and it creating thumbnail pictures of them all. It's pretty nice. I haven;t used it in a wile though, I am sure it still works.

 

use the alexa toolbar and click the ranking. there you go...copy and paste

Im after something that does a similar thing, I have a list of websites that I want screenshots of, Preferably Using PHP so my server can just display the thumbnails after the URL.

If anyone knows of anything similar to this let me know
