how do i make a portal page?

    how can i make a portal page my home page when you go to my website? then i want some graphics using hotmail coding i can paste into the header or what ever... like a welcome banner, advertiseing when people pay me etc..

    ^^^^ i want my portal page something like that.. i have invision license, how can i do this?????

    What kind of portal do u want ?
    Try using joomla as ur portal or just try the MKPortal software :D
