how do i make a portal page for my forum?

can anyone make me a portal page for affliates and i need on the portal page, to be like a link that says FORUM so they can click it and go to my forum page,

id like to put up a bunch of sports banners and stuff and make portal page neat looking so then people see the forum link and can go to my forum!

well depending on which forum you are using there may be a modification that does what you want but on the simplest level, you can drop an index.html file into the folder and it will take precedence over the index.php

Look at what your host offers.......


host usually offer portal pages, but you have to tell them to move your forum to a new location...

look up tiny portal it is all you will ever need
