How do i make a nucleus !

    how do i make this on photoshop?(not the background) just the nucleus

    If the problem is still not solved, you have to make it with the pen tool.

    Make paths, stroke paths with a thick brush, and then lower down the opacity.
    The center circle can be made with shapes tool/circle marquee.

    You can simply make a big oval. Then duplicate it and make resize it smaller. center the smaller on the bigger and by do CTRL+[Left Click] on the small oval's layer. this will select the oval. Now you simply leave it selected and click on the bigger oval layer and press [Del] on your keyboard. Now delete the smaller oval's layer and there you got a ring. Not you duplicate it and using CTRL+T you can rotate it and make it look like in the picture above. The rest is just a simple circle in the middle and as for the "infinity" part you can do the same step as for the rings. Colors are easy to achieve, so I don't think there is a need to explain that. But still, if you don't know just Google it or simply post here and I try to explain in the easiest way possible.
