If you plan to make a new investment, first make a feasibility work. If this work result is ok then make a business plan; cash flow projections and estimated capital requirement. Estimate your selling volume and costs volume for the future time periods to make cash flow projections. To calculate capital requirement, check your feasibility work which should include required investments of machinery, buildings, transportation, insurance, etc.
