You can do it in microsoft word, and then all you have to do is download Primo PDF (free program) and it converts your word document into a PDF file.

Your links and banners are easily inserted into Microsoft Word.

OpenOffice Writer works too. You simply add links and select the images you need. Put them where you need them. Then when you are all done you just go to File > Export As PDF. It is very easy to use and it is also free.

You can also use Normal HTML to program web pages and then print them using Adobe PRofessional 8.0 which I use to make PDF's and the links are normal and work if you convert them to PDF not simply print them using pDF ..

You can also use Nitro PDF to make PDF's as wel. These two also make Secure and safe PDF;s

EDIT :::: Works only on Windows.. Go to the site and check from there ..

George...check my sig. Might be interesting for you if you never made an ebook.
    Georg.

Edit: Btw i tested a zillion of ways to convert into PDF..the usual web sites, virtual printer drivers, and stand-alone applications.
ALL of them have problems with certain links, they dont convert some links into clickable links in the PDF.

The 100% best and 100% working way is to write in MS Word and use the Microsoft Office plugin "SaveAsPDF"...once this is installed you can save to PDF right from Word ! This is the best and quickest way to do it...and the PDFs are 100% flawless and links are working!
