How do I make a 4 point star?

Hey

I'm trying to create a 4 point star to put in my logo, however, I can't seem to make one.

I'm trying to make the star like the one in right-top corner of this logo:



Any little tuts would be appreciated!

Actually there's much easier ways of doing this directly in PS. There are star brushes as part of the PS instal, load them in, select your colour and click away! You might also use a soft round brush to get a halo too. The strength of the star can be increased by reapplying the brush a number of times.

 

Had a few mins to kill, so I decided to create a file for you. It has the star created but it also has the path which you can use to create your points plus use a soft brush of 50px on top to create your star.
