Whenever I enter a link, it comes as http://www.site.com without the href. How do I add the href?

Answer your way up to Level 2 (250 points). That's when you can post links.

You have to be in level 2 to be able to post clickable URL. Just be patient and dont spam lol else you will be reported.

Apart from concentrate on build up your level just to post live link, please be aware that Yahoo put much more restriction on Yahoo Answer usage. It has been abused by webmasters and then most of answers are Spam. If you do not careful enough about the link you are going to post, your account will be banned permanently and all level you had built will be in vain.

well said. If you dont want to get reported and banned your account, don't put your links too often on your answers especially if they are not related to the questions or don't contribute something to the question of a member.

if you want to link your website URL in yahoo answers then you need level 2 yahoo answer id which is possible by answering 250 points.it take some days to get level 2 id but people report your answers and your link is not click able.i think its not good way if you want to use yahoo answers as back link source.

If you have reached level 2 you will be allowed to post your live links.
Thats the only advantage of answering questions on yahoo answers and scoring points.

Meaning, spamming in Yahoo Answers is outta control. But alternate to your link in the Yahoo Answers, i guess you have to create a nice image and have your profile filled out completely you shouldn’t have any problems driving traffic to where you need to.

Is the link marked dofllow though? Still a good place to link even if not, but a dofollow would be best.
