How do i limit bandwidth using php?

    I need to limit bandwidth speed output from a download script i made, does anyone have examples using php?

    Also just an extra question you dont need to answer this one, how much bandwidth does a 700mb divx file need for streaming a second in average for one user?

    If you want to figure out the bandwidth per second, then you need to get the length of an average 700MB film (in seconds), and divide 700 by that

    Probably better to use usleep, rather than sleep, it will give you more control.
