How do I know which USA phone numbers are free to call when I call using skype?

    I have called paypal and ebay phone numbers a couple of times. I didn't have to charge my skype account. But when I tried another USA number skype is asking me to recharge my account. So how do I know which numbers are free and which are not?

    Simply, the ones which go through even when you don't have any balance in your Skype then they are Free. :D :D :eek:

    Just dial the numbers. Toll free numbers wont charge you anything..

    as a rule commercial numbers are charged, that is why it depends to whom you are calling.
