Hi, I remember using some website which shows for which keywords does the site rank for. For example I enter in it url www(dot)whateversite(dot)com and it gives me results like this: keyword1 - 5th result in google keyword2 - 36th result in google ..... Anybody knows that (or similar) site/tool? Thank You
Google AdWords keywords suggestion tool has such an option to display the keywords a site focuses on but no ranking position data available. Alexa can do this as well but neither does it have position rankings.
Is it possible to find out the rankings just by entering the url? I think the tools can find out the ranking if you enter the keyword also, because I site can rank for thousands of keywords (of course for many keywords on very low positions).
Try this tool http://www.seoserp.com/web_tools/google_top_1000_serps_checker.asp I believe that is the best tool I found since google doesn't show results in list anymore.
Hi I am new to this forum and the whole idea of keywords. I do have a website setup, by somebody else. I have tried everything to get traffic to it but nothing seems to work. Anybody got any suggestions?
Is your website a blog? Having a blog is much better and easier to rank for keywords with SEO and I recommend you install some SEO plugins!
The answer to your traffic problems is in your post. "You are new to this". You must learn how to market your website. Just making the website won't get you traffic, you will have to market it. Learn Online Marketing, Social Marketing, Search Engine Optimization and stuff like that. Implement what you learn.
Google analytics's, If some clicks on the keyword it will come up, Obviously you will only now the active keywords generally long tale. Thanks, Andrew
