How do i know when a payment was sent?

    Hi friends,

    I have joined Commision Junction on April 16th. Now i have $53 in current balance. How do i know when a payment was sent? I heard in this forum someone saying "payment status" option is waste. Not so good and not up to date. So I guess its not good to believe in it.


    As my sign up is on April 16th, i dont know how long should i want to wait for my first cheque! Can anyone here please tell me, when will i get my cheque? And how do i know when a payment was sent? Please reply me friends. I am waiting for your replies.

    Hi Kate,

    The "payment status" sometimes takes up to 5 days to update and show the correct date that the payment has been sent to you but it shows in the end if the correct status.

    You can check the "Publisher Payments" report that shows when a order to the payment has been sent to you. The "Publisher Payment" is updated more frequently and may be the same value of your check.

    To check the "Publisher Payment" value, just go to your CJ account, Click on "Run Reports" tab and check under the last box called "Current Balance (June, 2006)" you will see the "Publisher Payments" that may have a negative value there that is your check value.

    But keep checking the "Publisher Payment" by clicking the "Payment Status" it will be updated probably this week: remember what I told you that the first 3 checks requires the verification process that takes more time.

    when you log in, you will see your money on top of the page.

    If that amount of money doesnot change, that means you are not paid yet.
    If they sent you the money, the amount would change.

    My amount doesnt change yet. I have crossed more than the minimum payout, and commisions have been approved by CJ. Why they are not sending my payment yet? Where i can lodge a complaint? I have emailed CJ, and they said, it appears however that i have my payment later this month as long as network quality department doestnt find any red flags on my status of the account.

    When being this case, why my balance not dropped yet? please tell me.

    when was the email sent to you?

    The payout time is 20th of every month. Is this your first month with them?

    Email was sent on 19th june. Yes, this is my first cheque. Will i get my first cheque this month end? Balance not dropped yet.
