How do I know my CPanel password?

I've just created a website and purchased hosting, though I'm experiencing trouble accessing the CPanel as it requires a username and password.

How do I know these .. or where do I find them?

    Thanks

You should have received the access details upon successful registration. Make sure your email client has not blocked any correspondence from your chosen webhost.

The hosting provider sends the config including username and password for cpanel. in email. if you have not received the same, ask their support.

They should be able to help. Retrieving a username and password can't be too big of a deal.
    Oh well, it's competition ;)

Yes Clive I agree with you 100%. They should be able to help but there are a lot of hosting companies around that just do not take care of business. That is why we started our company and we work really had on our customer service. No one is perfect but we try to do better each and every day!

Have a good day my friend.

If you say "you will contact the guy." I think it's time to find another hosting provider.

Take it easy. It's an account opening confirmation email that might have gone into the junk folder. Contacting the hosting provider for a duplicate email is the right thing to do. Make sure you won't lose it the second time.

you should simply have it and not need to contact the host. Double check your spam/junk for your welcome email
