How do I recognize a payment made to my paypal came through "Paypal Fund", not through Credit Card ? And how do I know that a payment made to my paypal as a "Personal Payment", not as "Online Purchase" ? Please help.

I'm asking this cause I'm going sell a site to someone who is just 1 month old in DP and has no I-Trader. So I'm scared about charge-back or paypal dispute after pushing the Domain.

Well their is no solid way to get the source type of payment in paypal. However if payment is directly made via CC without login into the paypal account by ur buyer, you will see a line in payment tranction detail "THE SENDER OF THIS PAYMENT IS UNREGISTERED"

If it look like this, simply take extra care on that transaction. I hope you complete ur deal smoothly...

I asked him to pay as "Personal Payment", not as "online purchase", don't you think that I'll be secure this way ?

    same.
it doesn't matter how you asked for the payment.
but if personal payment, then you or him can decide whom to pay cc charges if he choose to pay with cc.

If it's an expensive domain, find an escrow service. They cost more to complete the transaction, but it's always better to pay a fee than to lose the domain and the money for it.

actually, you have a better chance not getting the money taken away if he pays by paypal payment, his bank will take his side and force paypal to repay.

If your account is 'personal',then the paypal will ask you to accept the payment.

And how do I know that a payment made to my paypal as a "Personal Payment", not as "Online Purchase" ? Please help.
Its easy,if the transaction got charge fee, then its sent under 'Online purchase'.

If he has a business or premier account and the domain cost xxx $ or xxxx$ then request him to pay by mass pay as that cannot be charged back
