For many of you that are familiar with craigslist, lately they have been horrible with flagging or ghosting ads. I have posted ads for someone today in like 20 different cities and 12 were flagged, 7 were ghosted. I posted under the general work category about a one time job that would pay $100. Does anyone have any advice or tips on what I can do to keep the ad from getting flagged/ghosted?
There is lot of spamming going on that category, specially for work at home kind of jobs, make sure u use unique tittle and description for each ad.
If you're essentially posting the same ad (same offer, worded differently or not), they deserve to be flagged. Yes, it sucks, but that's not what Craigslist was designed for, and that would constitute spamming their service.
You need to post different titles and the Ad description each time. Try using different email addresses between posts.
You are posting in the jobs section? If so then good luck. They ramped up the spam filters there to a very high level.
You can find some tips here http://www.squidoo.com/craigslisttips Comes down to it though. Write high quality ads, with all the information the person reading would want. Quick ads with a link in them almost always gets flagged.
