How do I integrate streaming video on a Website?

    I've heard that this can be done in Drupal but am trying to find out what other options there are?

    Install wordpress, than search for video embed plugin in your admin area (plugins, add new, in search enter video), choose one of them, read what the plugin can do for you and how and start posting.

    Try JwPlayer (http://www.longtailvideo.com/). It can be included in simple html pages also. Otherwise you can upload your videos in YouTube and embed them in your site with the YouTube embed code.

    Is is possible to have a video continually streaming no matter what page you are on i.e. the video keeps playing even if you click on to a different page?

    use wordpress or blogger is the easy CMS, just copy embed script from youtube and paste in your website :)
