    have you created the skyscraper ad yet? you will get the code once you create one. Go to https://www.google.com/adsense/adsense-products once logged into google -> adense -> adsense setup

    also if you don't own your own web site, you can't put adsense on a free wordpress blog

    1) Login to Adsense and click the Adsense Setup tab at the top
    2) Click on Adsense for Content and then Ad Unit
    3) Select the colour, size and other settings
    4) Paste the code that you get
    5) Put that code in the appropriate location on your website
    6) Done!
