Am sick and tired of building links to my site without any result? Is there any tips on how to improve my search engine ranking. Any ebook or something.

I think you have to try with some niches.
You will need years to break the competition in your current keyword.

 

please let us know how you are building the links? SERP will increase only and only if you do quality link building within same niche.
Also only link building is not necessary, you need to have unique quality content also at your website.

Each time I publish a page I also publish unique articles promoting it on various article publishing sites. I find with articles I can target different demographics or geographical areas. This would be difficult to achieve in the website articles without making them a mess.

 

I think guest posting is the best way to increase SERP and its natural way. Bots will love it.

Building links is very necessary but try getting only quality links not the spam links. you will get -ve for spam links. Also the website page structure is very important factor in ranking. So try improve that and keep proper balance in links surely you will get ranking.
