How do I increase my CTR？

My website is w w w.mobicomet.com, and the average ctr of my site is 0.5% per day.
but the CTR of the ads on the upper part of the page w w w.mobicomet.com/wallpaper.html and w w w.mobicomet.com/theme.html are only Less than 0.1%. And i think the ads placed in this position are very well. So whats wrong with it? can anybody help me? and also give me the suggestion of the placement of my site? Thank you.

I think the placements are very good. Sadly for wallpaper and ringtone down have very low ctr

 

I think your placements are ok, mixing them in with the download button is good like you have done. I agree with brainstormingin though ringtones, themes, wallpaper sites have a low ctr anyway. BTW all of your game download links seem to be broken

You can increase your CTR rate by allowing more people to click on your ads.

Generally wallpaper and ring tone download site get low CTR. Anyway try to increase more visitors to your site.
