How do I improve my traffic

HI all. well I am new to this and have lots of site. I am trying to imcrease traffic to site but not sure how. I am getting around 150to 200 a day but need 10 times that any ideas. The site is a PR2 dating site.

So does anybody have any throughts.

 

Do a keyword research to find worth to optimise keywords.

Analyse your top 10 competitors and mimic their seo metrics.

Optimise your content for the desired keywords then build backlinks with proper anchor text

 

You can use google adwords keywords tool. Just look for it on google.

 

optimez it for beter serps and the uv will come for sure. or post some answears on yahoo answer if you have a lvl 2 acount, this way you get backlinks and uv. i did like that, untl they banned my acount.
