How do I improve my rankings for My website?

    Can someone please tell me the steps on how improve my website ranking, how I can make my website more search friendly, what I need take off or add on my website, bottom line is I need start improving my rankings on google and yahoo. I rank # 1 for keyword , kinetic picture but That's not really good word and I dont know how that happend, all post will be appreciated this is my first one

    2. Choose the right keywords to target and modify your content for them
    3. Build Backlinks using contemporary/non-contemporary ways.
    4. Read more SEO forums for knowledge
    5. Grab a copy of the SEO Book :D

    Just backlink and good content customization is the trick for you.You might be slow to start but then you will reach there surely.

    The rank on any keyword depends of how the search engines define the importance of your web site and its pages in relation with this keyword. YOu need to attract organic links to your site on realted serach terms and to have links to your site which include the keyword.

    1. Choose a couple of your preffered search terms and place them in your title IE Hosting l Cheap Servers l WateverHost.com

    2. Be very relevant to your title in the way you enter your meta tags and meta description such like: Meta tags: hosting, cheap servers, web hosting, dedicated servers. Meta Description: We provide hosting, cheap servers, dedicated servers, and more!

    3. Start your homepage content with your relevant terms such as hosting, cheap servers, dedicated servers, etc.

    Last: Gain as many links as you can using the key search words.....hosting or cheap servers.....as your title for the links that you obtain and the higher PR links the better or a link that has MEGA indexed pages.

    On page text factors aren't nearly as important.

    get strong backlinks and submit your sites to directories, post to forums and look for link partners.
