How do I import a large file to a website?

I'm trying to import a large ebook (130 pages) to a page on my website. I've tried to cut and paste but it doesn't work. What's a better way to do it?
I'm going to give it away to subscribers. Is there a better place to put it than on a website so that aweber can access it? I'd appreciate your thoughts on this problem and whatever solutions you can can suggest.

you should upload your file with FTP , It easy way to save your file to internet server.

in another way, you can use the File manager in your panel hosting to upload too.

    chapicha,

I'm going to need how to do it in step by step dummy language. I need to put the book on a website page or somewhere so the autoresponder can send it out to a subscriber. Hopefully you or someone can do that for me. I sure would appreciate it.

With Aweber, you have the option to add an attachment as you would an email, so you could upload the ebook pdf file to aweber with a message, then after your subscriber has agreed to the opt in, the first of the messages will include the download link for the ebook.
