Please give me some steps, techniques, instructions, links etc. on how to do these things: 1) Make a new email and or get a friend to write a good review on Trip Advisor for both of my villas saying you and your family had a lovely stay in the beautiful villa etc and you would recommend it to all. 2) Get a small network of people to start clicking my Google Adsense daily. I wouldn't have a group of people clicking on your adsense ads on a daily basis as Google is very smart and they will not only find out but they will disable your google account for doing this. As far as the reviews, you could do that but why not get your previouse customers that have stayed there to give you reviews?

Sounds like a person who takes shortcuts. I would advise that you find a new employee. Doing this with minimal knowledge of click-fraud, terms, and rules can get you into a lot of hot water. Find a new employee who is experienced in internet marketing. Make sure you see their past marketing campaigns and references.
