How do i host WordPress on my server?

    I just started using WordPress a couple days ago. Can I host it on my own server? I don't see any function on WordPress that allows me to do this. For example, Blogger will ftp the entire blog to my server if I want. Can WordPress do this? :rolleyes:

    You need to install it manually unless you have something called Fantastico in your cpanel.

    Got it thanks! I've used Blogger so long that I was stuck in the mindset that WordPress should be FTP'ing the site to my server. Thanks...again
