How do I handle this email on a domain name of mine?

I got an email the other day on a domain of mine that I was planning on developing in the near future asking if I wanted to sell it. How would you go about that. I mean if the money is right of course I will sell it. Its a great name easy to remember and spell and it rolls off the tounge. I can see google using it...lol (dreaming)
Have any of you had this and followed through on a sale? I have had offers on this and other domain names but I never replied cause I wasnt interested in selling.
What kinda questions do you ask?
    Thanks

I would just reply back and ask them to make a reasonable offer and you will let them know (you dont want to undersell the name)

If they come back with a really low offer, mention that you had plans to develop the name so you are happy to keep the name if the offer is not suitable.

    Good luck

As Gilescoley said, get them to make you an offer, if you're happy with it then go for it :)

I feel it could be worth more but dont wanna loose the offer either..
