I mean Google Bot Must Be Able to See Read The Topics in my forum

What does the forum run on? There is probably a hack on the website you downloaded it from.

 

Google and other search engine will index you site quickly if you succed in getting links from busy forums like DP. Other thing you can do to get links by following which google will index your site are (1) article submissions, (2) rss feed submissions, (3) directory submissions.

 

I Use Vbulletin 3.5.4

 

Are you allowing guests access to the forum? If not then you will need to create a rule in the control panel to allow google to access it.
