I think you are correct. Paypal gets more strict nowadays because of these kinds of transactions.
Luckily, I already refrained from doing that.

What do you mean ?? Mind yourself ...

There was nothing wrong with my account...Everything was legit , but paypal asked about last five Transaction through which I got funds...

Out of those 5 Transactions 3 were from CPA network , and two were From dp guys for doing small job...

So I provided them Everything commission vouchers , and other details about the Transactions ,before that they asked for Name , Address Proofs with utility bill ,I provided them quickly.. So within Two Days I got my account back to me ....

    As Everything was legit ...

Question here I was asking was that my family members has Paypal accounts and I am willing to collect funds in one account but I read here other threads
that thing is not allowed ...

And What meaning you took ??? I am not Scammer  Mind your language ....

If you only have one ip then better use one account only , like if someone from your family wants to recieved a payment then best send it your account only so there is no question of transfering the funds.

Yes. This is a good suggestion.
Why not make a single account for your family to use. It is much safer that way.
