How do I go about this?

My site got banned from AdSense. ( I did nothing wrong, Google just decided it would be cool to ban me for no reason )

If I want to sell my site, can the new owner contact Google so he can run AdSense?

 

I don't think they can, google bans u aswell as the site

 

The site can be unbanned if the new owner can prove the transition of ownership from you to him and that you have absolutely no further involvement with the site. Proving this might be difficult, but in theory it's possible. The new owner would obviously have to rectify any problems and make sure the site complied with AdSense TOS.

 

i had bought a site banned from google.

after showing them proof, they asked me to apply and i was accepted.

 

you must contact the adsense team, after you have corrected all the mistakes
