How do I go about finding people to do a small job for me?

    There are reasons for the wait...You need to post something of value to DP before using the other services. It also attempts to prevent spammers.

    While you do have more than 25 posts and an overall green reputation, you do not fulfill the 14 day rule.

    There must be a thread that is similar in nature to the one that you want to open. PM them as Nosfer suggested, or simply head down to guru, elance or getafreelancer.
