How do I get unblocked?

    Google blocked unblockmyspace.com a year or so ago because I had ads on proxified pages when I didn't know it wasn't allowed.

    can I get them to unban me?

    mail them -> beg them -> if u r lucky -> u r hugged again -> else forgot it :D

    Yes you can say you removed the offending error (ads on proxified pages).

    If were baned you not coz of invalid clicks then there is a chance for you. Send a nice mail to them.
