youtube can be good but its not geo targeted
ppc can get you targeted traffic instantly but is expensive
or you can buy traffic which is targeted

There is a lot of way to get traffic one is using PPC or SEO.I think in that way you will get a huge traffic.

 

IMHO linkreferral isn't good for traffic. We have some other opportunities like guest posts, comments, PPC, social networks, forums, etc.
And we should remember that content is a king

 

Еxpensive but easy way = PPC
Cheap and difficult way = SEO
