One of the ways I get traffic to my sites and blogs are, turning articles I've already written or PLR articles into slideshows. If you don't have microsoft office just download openoffice it's a microsoft office alternative that's free. Now paste a couple or sentences into each slide. Make sure it doesn't seem cluttered! And then record yourself reading what the slides say. I recommend jing or camtasia(I use camtasia) you can also use camstudio(which is free, but more scraped then camtasia). Now if you don't feel comfortable talking yourself. You could just make the slides and put them into windows moviemaker. And add some background music search on google for some royality free music. Remember to choose something which ties into the overall theme of your market. You don't wan't to use heavy metal for a video about reducing stress or similar
