Well i would look for some free ways first. I never like to spend money. In most cases, spending money can turn into scams as well for traffic businesses.

Here are a few things you could do some research on.

    1. Social Bookmarking
    2. Social Networking
    3. Article Writing

The top three work very well together and can bring loads of traffic if done right.

    4. Forum Posting
    5. Submit To Directories

You could run a PPC campaign. It would be like $0.05 a click or so to get decent traffic.

As far as free goes, a good description in a directory is AMAZING.

    http://www.web-directories.ws/

That is my favorite site EVER. It has a list of 16,000 directories in various niches. Most of them are free or reciprocal as well. :D
