How do I get the interior pages/categories listed under my search result?

The larger companies have this....why and how does google display this info?

 

This happens when Google notices that a website is fairly dominant for a particular search phrase. Originally this was released with only big company names having sitelinks. Now any site can get sitelinks if your homepage is ranked #1 long enough and has enough links pointing to it with that keyword.
