How do I get the Google Checkout button with the $5 OFF

    I have seen these ads appearing in adwords. There is almost no information about these anywhere. How can I sign up for one?

    The google checkout buttons on your ads you get by confirming your adwords account in your checkout account. I haven't seen the $5 buttons, but I do know that in the past when they've done a special offer deal for google checkout sales, it was by invitation only.

    I think you have to get an invite from google. I haven't been able to find any sign up information
