I owned many proxies in the past and some of them have been posted on chinese and arabic blogs/forums. That's when my proxies get thousands and thousands of visitors. I have no idea how the owners of the sites found my proxy and listed it. How can I directly contact or where can I list my proxies so that chinese/arabic site owners can pick it up?
