    Sometimes it is 48hrs other times it is a week. I do not think there is really a set time frame.

    I agree. Run the EIN under an LLC or LLP, or incorporate under a C Corporation.

    Nope, not even close to incorrect. Any citizen can apply for and receive an EIN #. I never said otherwise. I gave recommendations on when to apply for an EIN.

    I have an accounting degree on top of my business degree and my computer science degree, and you sir, are full of shit. Stop giving advice in a field that doesn't apply to your expertise.
