How do I get rid of this spyware 3.tmp, 10.tmp, etc.?

It seems that executables like 3.tmp, 10.tmp, etc. occasionally start up and disrupt what I’m doing. After I did some search, I came to conclude that this is a spyware, but I can’t figure out how to get rid of this. How can I get rid of this spyware 3.tmp, 10.tmp, etc.?

    Thanks in advance.

(BTW, no, I didn’t download bestiality porn to this office computer, but I have an idea of who caused this …)

if it is XP you are using then you can start your computer in safe mode and know where these files are, then you can delete them yourself without windows telling you that you cant - also hold the shift key down when hitting delete key and it will perm. delete them and not hold them in the recycle bin.

I have used Norton and McAfee... both good programs which should take care of that problem.
